AI solutions
The problemHours lost reading documents, answering repeat questions and making calls on incomplete data.
Assistants, document processing and predictions built on your own data, evaluated before launch and monitored after.
AI solutions · Custom software · Automation
Powering Businesses with Intelligent Technologies.
We design, build and run AI solutions, custom software and intelligent automation that take on real operational work, from reading documents and routing approvals to connecting the tools your teams already use.
Intelligence, Engineered.
01About
We understand the work before we choose the technology.
We test whether a model adds value before we ship it.
Clean, documented code your team can own.
02Services
Four disciplines, one engineering team. AI is one of them, built on the same software foundations as everything else we ship.
The problemHours lost reading documents, answering repeat questions and making calls on incomplete data.
Assistants, document processing and predictions built on your own data, evaluated before launch and monitored after.
The problemOff-the-shelf tools don’t fit how the operation runs, or a spreadsheet has quietly become the system.
Web platforms, internal tools and APIs designed around your process, and easy to run and maintain.
The problemSkilled people spend their week on repetitive, rule-based steps.
Workflows that handle the routine and route exceptions to a person, with every step visible and open to override.
The problemData is re-typed between ERP, CRM, accounting and spreadsheets, and the copies drift apart.
Connections between the systems you already use, so data moves cleanly and stays consistent.

03AI capabilities
Where AI earns its place, and how we keep it dependable: evaluated against real data, with people in the loop where decisions matter.
Copilots inside the tools your team already uses, answering from your own data.
Typical usesInternal help desks, sales and support copilots, onboarding guides.
Read, classify and check contracts, invoices, emails and forms.
Typical usesInvoices, contracts, forms and supplier quotations, the same engine that reads quotations in ProcurePilot.
Options compared on the measures that matter, with the evidence behind each recommendation.
Typical usesSupplier selection, pricing, scheduling and resource planning.
Routine decisions handled automatically, exceptions passed to a person.
Typical usesApprovals, onboarding, ticket triage and back-office workflows.
Forecasts and scores measured against real outcomes, with uncertainty shown.
Typical usesDemand and reorder forecasts, churn and risk scoring.
Answers from your own documents and content, with sources you can check.
Typical usesPolicies, manuals, technical documentation and past project files.
04Our product
Alongside client work, we build our own software. ProcurePilot is the first.
Live · invitation-only pilot
Procurement intelligence for teams that buy from many suppliers.
The problemSupplier quotes arrive as PDFs, scans and spreadsheets. Comparing them by hand is slow, hidden costs get missed, and the reasoning behind a purchase is hard to show later.
Workspaces are created by invitation during the pilot and are free while it runs.
Illustration with sample data: a request for 40 laptops is read, three supplier quotes are compared, Supplier B is recommended, and approval is requested with the audit trail saved.
Quotations are uploaded or arrive by email. Line items are extracted and reviewed before they are trusted.
Offers are compared on true landed cost, with an evidence-backed recommendation.
Requests move through approval rules and delegations, and every decision is recorded.
Orders are followed to delivery and invoice; savings are recorded against verified baselines.

05Process
How a project moves from the first conversation to a system running in production, with working software at every step.
Start a projectWe map the problem, the people involved and how success will be measured, before choosing any technology.
You getA shared problem brief
We design the system, its data and its integrations, and agree a delivery plan.
You getArchitecture and delivery plan
Short cycles with regular demos, so you see working software early and often.
You getWorking software every cycle
Automated tests and security checks, and for AI, evaluation against your real data.
You getEvidence that it works
Deployed to production with monitoring in place from the first day.
You getA live, monitored system
We measure real use and keep improving the system as the business grows.
You getContinued improvement
